ICL's full inheritance claim management service
If you would like ICL to provide its full inheritance claim management service, we can fund your case and deal with all the lawyers for you. With our full service, you usually only have to deal with your appointed ICL consultant. ICL will be your claims manager and litigation funder.
This process still gives you the security of knowing that all legal aspects of your case will be conducted by qualified lawyers who are approved by us and yourself.
We will pay all legal fees and deal directly with lawyers for you. We will undertake this on a 'no win, no fee' basis. We set this out in our Inheritance Claims Management Agreement.
We can only take our percentage fee from what you recover from the Estate, so you know that we can only charge you if you are successful in your claim. After we take our fee, you keep the rest. You cannot be out of pocket during the claims process.
If your claim isn't successful, neither ICL nor your legal team will charge you a penny. That said, it is unlikely that you will be unsuccessful if you use ICL, because we only take on those cases which we believe have a good chance of success.
We can often manage your inheritance claim in countries outside of England: if you need guidance on this, ask ICL.
