At Inheritance Claims Limited (ICL) we believe everyone with a claim deserves access to top level legal assistance to enforce their inheritance rights, whether they have money to pay legal fees or not.

Your ability to choose the service you want is an important part of what makes ICL England's premier claims manager and litigation funder for inheritance claims. You can use our services in two ways:

A women holding a folder
  1. Option 1: Assessment and full inheritance claim management service

If you don't want to fund your own legal proceedings or deal directly with lawyers, ICL can manage all aspects of your claim on your behalf. Taking this option means you pay us a percentage fee from what you recover from the Estate. You know that in order for us to be paid, you need to be successful in your claim, and that way you cannot be out of pocket during the claims process.

  2. Option 2: Assessment and referral to a lawyer

Should you wish to deal with lawyers directly, ask us for a free review of your case and a referral to our associated law firm, Contested Wills and Probate Lawyers Limited (CWPL).

Our review of your inheritance claim is free if you don't proceed with your claim through either ICL or CWPL.
